Who is Tailormade membership for?
Tailormade is built for interior designers, architects, home builders, and select specialists working at a high level in the residential space. This is a peer group, not an open directory, and is best suited for firms that value relationships, collaboration, and long term positioning within the market.
How did Tailormade get started?
Tailormade has been operating in Palm Beach County since 2024, where we have built one of the most respected design and build communities in the market. The referral network is real. Members send each other work. Introductions made at our private gatherings have turned into long-term collaborations. The Home Design Guide has put member work in front of the county’s most discerning homeowners consistently since its first edition.
Miami was not part of the original plan. It became inevitable. The enthusiasm came from within our own community, and from Miami-based professionals who had heard about what we were building and reached out directly. The demand was consistent enough that expanding felt less like a decision and more like a responsibility.

What does it mean to be a founding member of the Tailormade Miami community?
Founding members are the professionals who help establish the standard our Miami community is built on. Your work appears in the inaugural edition of the Home Design Guide of Miami. You attend the first private gatherings and help shape the culture of the community from day one. Founding status is permanent, and it carries forward for as long as you are a member. And founding members lock in a preferential rate that will not be available once the founding cohort is full.
How is Tailormade different from other networks or publications?
Most options provide visibility. Some offer community. Very few do both well. Tailormade brings both together. A private group that fosters trusted relationships and collaboration, supported by consistent visibility in front of trade professionals and homeowners who are actively planning and investing in their homes.
How selective is the membership process?
It is intentionally selective. Every firm is thoughtfully reviewed based on the quality of their work, their reputation, their point of view, and how they fit within the existing group. We also look for professionals who value collaboration and reciprocity, as that is a key part of what makes the community work.
What are the private member events?
We host four private gatherings each year, limited to principals and founders. They are designed for real interaction, sharing opportunities, making introductions, and building relationships that extend beyond the room.
Who receives a printed copy of the Home Design Guide of Miami?
15,000 copies are distributed annually, including 12,000 mailed directly to every residence valued over $5 million in Miami-Dade County. The remainder are placed with leading real estate brokerages, private clubs, upscale showrooms, luxury hotels, and select retail locations. It is not a lifestyle magazine. It is a book homeowners keep, and turn to when they start planning.

When does Tailormade Miami launch?
Tailormade Miami launches in January 2027. Founding members are being selected now, ahead of launch. Your online profile, editorial feature, and print spread will all be ready for the inaugural edition.
